What is ND filter?
The ND filter only reduces the intensity of the light, so it does not affect the color of the final image, nor does it affect the white balance and automatic exposure of the camera. The use of ND mirrors will not have any effect on the color and contrast of the subject. In addition, since SLR cameras are used to measure light through the lens, the ND mirror does not have any effect on the camera's automatic exposure system.
In short, the ND mirror is a very useful additional lens when it is necessary to artificially use a slow shutter, or to reduce the amount of external light. Of course, different lens aperture is different, we need to choose different caliber according to lens aperture when use.
