Yophy Filter has a Quality Control System
|
Yophy filter is committed to meet all customer requirements and specification, as well as to comply with all statutory and regulatory obligations, through continuous improvement of quality management. |
Filters are tested and evaluated throughout the manufacturing process. Spectrophotometer and other measuring instruments are calibrated and maintained to meet the requirements of our quality control. |
The Metrology & Testing Capabilities |
1. Spectrally Resolved Measurements of Transmission, absorption(optical density) reflectance
1.1 Transmittance Inspection: using spectrophotometer for spectral curves of filter. 1.2 Using A3 resolution test target(GB) and 500mm collimator for identifying resolution of substrate.
|
2. Optical coating inspection
2.1 Hydrophobicity inspection: using water contact angle tester to determine the hydrophobicity of filter surface. 2.2 Surface hardness test: using Mohs scale of mineral hardness for measuring the hardness of filter surface. 2.3 Ball-drop test: using falling ball impact tester for evaluating the impact resistance of filter. |
3. The Surface Quality
3.1 Appearance inspection (to check is there any scratch and blemish on the surface of filters): using 100 watts projector lamp to determine the surface grade of the glass substrate. |
